All About Your Playbook Goals

In the My Goals tab, you can keep an eye on your progress toward your goals and view your recent activity working toward them. Here are more details about this feature:

How The Current Month Goals Report Data Is Pulled

The data seen in your goals report is complied from several sources for the current month:

1. The goal number is set by your account administrators. Account administrators can go here to learn more about how to set these goals.
2. The completed Meeting, Call, Text, and Email numbers are calculated based on the total number of meetings or activities completed.
3. The Referrals received number is calculated based on the number of clients who are assigned a referral source that is assigned to you.

4. Care started is calculated based on the client’s Start of care date

How to Set Marketing Goals

1) Navigate to The Marketer Goal Attainment Report

1. Navigate to Reports
2. Click Marketer Goal Attainment
3. Choose New Goal

2) Set your Goals

1. Select the Senior Place users you'd like to set goals for. You can set goals individually or for multiple users at the same time
2. Input your goal number for that activity
3. Add another activity type (optional). Navigate here to learn more about customizing activity types.
4. Select when you'd like these goals to start
5. Click Create goals

How to Edit Marketing Goals

1) Navigate to The Marketer Goal Attainment Report

1. Navigate to Reports
2. Click Marketer Goal Attainment
3. Choose New Goal

2) Edit a Marketer's Goals

Select the marketer who's goals you'd like to update then click Edit goals.

How to Delete a Marketer's Goals

To delete a marketer's goals, select the trash can icon on the Marketing Edit Goals page. If you'd like to remove a marketer from the Marketer Goal Attainment report, simply delete all of that marketer's current goals.
